At Tudo ("we," "our," or "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and the privacy of your family. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access the App.

When you use the App, we automatically collect certain information, including:

2.3 Website Waitlist

If you join the Tudo waitlist on tudochores.com, we collect:

  • Your email address
  • Optionally, how many children you have and their ages (numbers only, no names)
  • The page where you signed up, and the date and time of your consent

We use this information only to invite you to early access, to send you news about Tudo, and to understand which families are interested in the App. We add you to the waitlist only if you tick the consent box. You can leave the waitlist at any time by replying "unsubscribe" to any of our emails or by writing to [email protected], and we will delete your data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its features
  • Create and manage your family account and profiles
  • Process and track chore completions and points
  • Send you notifications about app updates, features, and important information
  • Respond to your comments, questions, and requests
  • Monitor and analyze usage patterns and trends
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

4. Children's Privacy

Tudo is designed for family use, including children under the age of 13. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

We only collect personal information from children under 13 with verifiable parental consent. Parents or legal guardians must create and manage family accounts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately. We will delete such information upon verification.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

5.1 Within Your Family

Information you provide is shared with other members of your family group within the App, as this is necessary for the App's core functionality.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we are required to retain it for legal purposes. We keep waitlist data until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
