1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Tudo mobile application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Tudo is a family chore management application that allows families to track household tasks, assign points to completed chores, and manage allowances. The App is designed to help families organize and fairly distribute household responsibilities among family members.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and identification
  • Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Age Requirements

The App is intended for use by families with children. Parents or legal guardians must create and manage family accounts. Children under the age of 13 may use the App under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the App, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to the child's use of the App.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent

6. Subscription and Payment

Tudo offers both free and premium subscription options. If you choose to purchase a premium subscription:

  • Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You may manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of a subscription period

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Tudo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content, software, or materials available in the App.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tudo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
